We provides detailed, itemized fixed-price contracts before work begins. Pricing is based on your scope of work, materials, site conditions, and current labour rates. While unforeseen structural issues or client-initiated scope changes can affect cost, we never proceed with any change that impacts your budget without your written approval first. Our contracts include a clear contingency clause and change-order process to eliminate surprises.
Do you handle building permits and inspections on my behalf?
Yes. Permit management is a core part of our service. Our team handles all required building permits, zoning applications, engineering sign-offs, and municipal inspections for your project. We have established working relationships with planning departments across Canada’s major municipalities, which often means faster approvals.
What does the renovation process look like from start to finish?
Our renovation process begins with a thorough on-site assessment and consultation. We then develop a detailed scope of work, material selection guide, and fixed-price proposal. Once approved, our team handles all permits, demolition, structural work, and finish installations in a carefully sequenced schedule designed to minimize disruption. Daily cleanup is standard practice. You’ll receive photo updates and have a direct line to your project manager. We conclude with a formal walkthrough and deficiency resolution before final handoff.
